HELLO! Yes, I would love to make you cookies! Here are a few things you should know first:

• Custom-decorated royal icing cookies are a process that requires at least a three-day turn around time to allow for baking, icing, detail-work, proper drying,  and packaging. Please allow yourself and RACs enough time to make the best-quality cookies possible by ordering early. A rush fee may be applied to orders with less than two week's notice.

• We book out quickly, usually 2-6 months in advance, so please take a look at our availability calendar below to make sure we have availability for the week before you need your cookies.

• If you see that the date you desire is already booked, there may still be a chance to squeeze you in depending on the quantities of the orders for the week. It never hurts to reach out and ask! If we can make it happen, we'd love to make your special cookies for you!

• Please complete the form below and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as we can.

• In order to reserve your dates, payment in full is required at the time of booking for orders of $200 or less.

• For orders over $200, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your booking with the balance due one week prior to delivery.

• We are unable to ship cookies at this time. Pick-up only, please. 

• Our cookies are made in a licensed home bakery. We are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Allergen cross-contamination may occur. This product is homemade and is prepared in an ODA inspected food establishment.

• RACs is a licensed, domestic bakery located in historic downtown Cottage Grove, Oregon and was established in 2020.

PRICING

• Decorated cookies start at $6 per cookie or $72 for a dozen and move up from there depending on size and intricacy desired.

• Special offer prices are as shown on the website.

• If you require additional customization, prices may increase.

• All prices include heat-sealing and decorative packaging.

ORDERING

​​

• I book out quickly, usually 2-6 months in advance.  Please inquire far ahead of your event date to ensure that I am able to block out space for you the week before you need your cookies!

• Please use the custom order form on our website if you would like to order a customized cookie. I am happy to do something totally unique, or if you would like something already shown on our website, I am happy to accommodate your requirements. I will not copy another artist's work.

• All cookies and treats are homemade and designed by hand. If you order several of the same cookie, they will look similar but are unlikely to be totally identical.

• When requesting a design, please be aware that we cannot replicate copyrighted material. I also will not copy another cookier's work exactly.  

• Once your order is placed, I am happy to accept amendments within reason. However, once I begin work on your order, no further amendments will be allowed.

• There is no minimum order, as I charge by the cookie.

• I am usually booked out well in advance which makes last-minute orders impossible.  However, there is always a chance that a booking may have cancelled, and it never hurts to ask!

PAYMENT

• Payment is accepted by cash, PayPal, or card through this website. 

• In order to reserve the date you require cookies due on our calendar, payment in full is required at the time of booking for orders $200 or less.

• Work on your order will not begin until the full payment has been received.

• For orders over $200, a $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your booking with the balance due one week before pickup.

PICKUP ONLY

​

• We do not offer shipping at this time.

• No show = no cookies. Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time (more than 30 minutes late) forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need. Do you need to reschedule your pickup time or have an unforeseen emergency? We get it! Life happens, but please reach out and communicate.

• Only premium ingredients are used to hand make and decorate all our cookies and treats.

• All ingredients used will be listed on the label found on each set.

• The product's expiration date is 3-4 weeks from the date packaged.

ALLERGIES

• I work in a home kitchen where cross contamination may occur, so I make no claims that my product is free of certain ingredients.

• I can substitute gluten-free flour if requested, but I do not claim that my product is gluten-free.

• Please contact me prior to ordering if you have any concerns about allergies.

REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS

• No refund will be given for orders cancelled two weeks or less prior to the pickup date. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order and supply list has likely already been purchased or your cookies already baked.  I may have had to turn down other bookings due to having your order in my schedule.

• All refunds are at the discretion of the business owner.

• Once your order is picked up and out of my hands, I am no longer responsible for any damage that might incur.  Be mindful not to leave your cookies in a hot car, allow them to be handled roughly, or to allow anything to be placed on top of them.  Your cookies are delicate pieces of art and will damage easily if not handled carefully.

• I need to be made aware of any complaints relating to your order within 24 hours of pick up. To investigate your complaint, I may need your order returned to me.
